    Commenced production and export of canned asparagus through acquisition of Shanxi Grandness and clinched orders from one of the largest supermarket chains globally, Lidl
  • 1998Secured second major overseas customer

    German trading company Huepeden who supplies to Aldi
  • 1999Obtained ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certifications

  • 2000Expand Europe footprint beyond Germany to other European countries such as France and Spain

  • 2004Expanded production facilities beyond Shanxi to Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces

    Expanded product offering to include canned artichoke, mushrooms, sweet corn and mandarin oranges
  • 2006Obtained IFS certification

  • 2007Export canned products to Czech Republic

    Secured Calkins orders for mushrooms from North America
  • 2008Commenced opearations at new plant in Shandong Province

    Accorded Top 100 Guangdong Province Manufacturing Enterprise award and China Famous Brand Award (中国著名品牌). Obtained BRC certification
  • 2009Listed on SGX mainboad on 23rd November

  • 2010Launched 鲜绿园 (Garden Fresh) juices

    Garden Fresh juices accorded “Innovative, Outstanding and Nutritious Award”
  • 2011Set up Garden Fresh (HK) Fruit & Vegetable Beverage Co., Limited

    Garden Fresh juices accorded various awards eg. “10 Best In-House Brands In Guangdong Province For 2010” award (2010年度广东省十佳自主品牌), “Excellent Value Of Chinese Brand” award (中国品牌价值冠军) and “Most Competitive Brand For Retail Market” award (最具市场(终端)竞争力品牌奖).

    Established tie-up with China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries (中国食品发酵工业研究院), which is the oldest and largest national research institution engaged in the food, bio-engineering research and development work in China. Commenced production at first self-owned juice production facility in Sichuan Province and launched new canned fruits category under in-house brand “Grandness”
  • 2013Garden Fresh brand valued at RMB3.5 billion according to a Brand Value Data Certificate issued by Asia Brand Association Experts Committee and Asia Brand Research Centre

    Launched new snack food category under in-house brand “Hao Tian Yuan” and Garden Fresh accorded Top 500 Asia Brand and Top 100 China Brand awards
  • 2014New plant in Hubei Province commenced mass production of juices in October

    Export Garden Fresh to Hong Kong wellcome stores
